Position Overview

We’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive PulseThrive’s growth by building and managing a client portfolio. This commission-only position is ideal for experienced sales pros passionate about SaaS, B2B growth, and entrepreneurial ventures. With a lucrative, commission-only structure and an initial earning potential of $100K+, this role is best suited for those with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the private medical field (such as MedSpas, Physical Therapists, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgery, Dental Implants, and Wellness Studios), as well as industries like gyms, real estate agencies, car dealers, restaurants, and hotels.

• Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Educate potential clients on PulseThrive’s unique value, conduct product demos, and handle objections with professionalism and expertise.

• Drive New Business Sales: Close deals and expand client accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and use CRM tools to track interactions, leads, and client feedback.

• Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, share market insights, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Proven Sales Experience in B2B: Preferably with an existing clientele portfolio. You have a history of offering solutions to B2B clients and are looking to expand your income quickly.

• Self-Motivation and Resilience: Ability to be self-directed, manage your own sales pipeline, and generate your own leads. While we provide daily leads, you must be proactive and skilled at generating new business opportunities.

Exceptional Communication Skills: A natural relationship-builder, skilled at connecting with and persuading clients at all levels.

• Results-Oriented: Ability to focus on the big picture and deliver results, with a relentless focus on client satisfaction and business growth.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, CRM software, and managing a sales process for a digital product.
